Two additional ports are placed to accommodate a 5mm thoracoscope and hand instruments. The Estech RAP Venous Cannula and Easy Flow Aortic Cannula are inserted in preparation for the patient going on bypass. Epicardial surgical ablation is performed using the COBRA Adhere XL. Once ablation is complete, the patient is placed on bypass and the mitral valve is repaired.
