This is a videostroboscopic examination of the larynx showing a large right vocal fold cyst which has caused an indentation on the free edge of the opposite vocal fold giving the appearance of a 'cup & saucer' effect. Disruption of normal mucosal waves propagation resulted in hoarse voice.
