THE LATERAL SUPRAMALLEOLAR FLAP IS AGOOD CHOICE FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF SOFT TISSUE DEFECTS OVER THE FOOT .THE FLAP IS A DISTALLY BASED AXIAL PATTERN FLAP.
