This video shows the the technique of foreign body removal from the nose as an office procedure. The child presented with on-and-off epistaxis associated with smelly nasal discharge. Endoscopic examination showed a suspected foreign body in the left nasa cavity. Minimal visible blood vessels seen at right Little's area without evidence of bleeding or crusts. Removal was perfomed by using micro-crocodile forcep aided by the endoscope view. A clump of thread was discovered and displayed at the end of this video.
