This 79-year-old gentleman is s/p resection of a SCCA of the nasal dorsum with reconstruction using a radial forearm free flap. This was followed by full course radiation therapy approximately 15-years ago. He presented today with a large crust filling the nasal cavity & surgical defect & subgaleal abscess./nThis video shows the debridement, abscess incision & drainage & reconstruction of the residual defect via a bicoronal, subglaeal & temporalis fascia flap.
