This is a surgical video of a reduction of a Haglund's deformity with a Mitek anchor fixation. This boney deformity on the posterior superior heel is painful with shoe gear. Post-operatively this procedure requires non-weight bearing with crutches for 2 weeks, followed by a walking boot for 4 weeks. Patrick DeHeer, DPM.
