This is a recent Crystalens AO surgery demonstrating some important aspects of my current technique. The Rhexis is slightly smaller than the optic, the anterior capsule is aggressively cleaned of all L.E.C.'s and the implant is spun into a position that fits the rhexis in the most ideal manner (and also guarantees that the haptics are positioned properly in the equtor of the bag).
