What CPT code do you use? 67911?

kamiparsa try 15777 ( for the enduragen) and 67950 for canthoplasty and 67911 for release of lower lid retractors. If you are also performing a local tissue rearraingement you might want to code for that.

Nicely done! Succinct with good commentary. Excellent technique. I
thought the Enduragen would need to be covered on the posterior side
with mucous membrane---but apparently not! Thank you, Dr. Parsa!

kamiparsa Hi Dr Hudak,
The great thing about Enduragen is that because it is an acellular dermis it allows the normal mucosal epithelium to get in there and cover it. Hope this helps.
