Amidst the ongoing debate regarding the best treatment option of for ruptured aneurysms, the authors of this manuscript suggest that in some complex cases, or in patients with an additional large intracerebral hemorrhage, aneurysms require furthermore microsurgical clipping. This video demonstrates a new clip system to improve clipping procedures in such especially complex aneurysms.
