Ligation-assisted Endoscopic mucosal resection of Barrett's esophagus with focal nodule in a 78 y.o. man with multiple comorbidities who is refusing surgical treatment.
Complete EMR was performed in 2008 using Duette EMR kit (Cook). Pathology revealed high grade dysplasia with a focus of adenocarcinoma within the esophageal nodule (deep margin was tumor free).
