Endoscopic endonasal surgery for pituitary tumor. This patient had pituitary adenoma and IC-opth aneurysm. After coiling of aneurysm with GDC, extended transsphenoidal surgery was performed with endoscope. Tumor was attached to aneurysm and birateral A2, but was smoothly detouched from them. Pseudocapsular resection and extra-capsular detouching made clear and certain operation.
